Refund policy
Return Policy:
Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
In order to qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging.
Please note that certain goods are exempt from being returned. This includes perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To initiate a return, it is necessary to contact us in advance and obtain confirmation.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are circumstances where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable:
- Books showing clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding its receipt and the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe.
In the event of a late or missing refund, please follow these steps, if applicable:

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, considering there may be processing time required before the refund is posted.

Sale items are eligible for refunds only if they are purchased at regular price. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges will only be provided for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, please send an email to info@rpbrothershop.com and ship the item to the following address: 29 Anne Street North, Dublin 7, 138, Dublin, Dublin, D07PH36, Ireland.

To initiate a product return, kindly contact us via email, and we will provide you with the appropriate shipping address.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning the item. These costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the amount will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, it is advisable to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without these precautions.
